#Meat Up Monday

The ‘Meat Up’ is a collaboration between The Brewers and Chef Matt’s Smokefire brand.

After spending a year in Texas smokehouses, Matt honed his skill, technique, mastered his craft and brought it all back to England, just to feed us the most amazing food we’ve ever tasted.

Multiply that by his insatiable passion for all things smoking, brining and grilling, and you’ve got Smokefire.

Just don’t ask him how he does it, unless you’ve got a spare 3 hours.
